Beans and Greens Soup

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

1 lb. venison sausage (optional)

3 c. broth

1 1/2 c. water

1 lb. kale

1 lb. potato

2 c. cooked cannelloni beans

salt & pepper to taste

Caramelize onions & garlic, & brown sausage in sauce pot. Add broth, water & spices. Simmer 45 min. Add kale, potatoes, & beans. Cook 15 min.
