Cheddar & Mustard Drop Biscuits

3 c. whole grain flour

1 Tbsp. baking powder

2 tsp. salt

2 c. extra sharp cheddar

2 c. mustard greens (cooked)

1 1/2 c. milk

Saute mustard greens in olive oil until soft. In a bowl wisk together flour, baking powder, & salt, then fork in cheddar & stir in greens. Add up to 1 ½ cups of milk, then drop on a cookie sheet & cook for 18 min. @ 400F
