6-8 Large Apples or 4 cups of fresh fruit
1 tsp cinnamon
1 stick of butter
1 cup of whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup of sugar
Peel and slice the apples, or place fruit in a 9×13 pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon on the top of the fruit. Mix softened butter, flour, and sugar together in a mixer. Crumble the topping over the fruit. Bake for 40 min. at 350F, or until the fruit bubbles and the top is golden brown.
