Maple Glazed Parsnips & Carrots
Ingredients
4 parsnips10 carrots4 bacon slices1/4 cup maple syrup2 tsp. dried thymeSalt & pepper to tasteDirections
Quarter the parsnips, carrots, and uncooked bacon slices, then spread evenly on a cooking sheet. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with thyme, salt & pepper.
Roast in the oven at 450F for 40 minutes (cook 20 minutes, then flip veggies, cook for another 20).
