2 cups berries
1 cup chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups baking mix (homemade or Bisquick)
1 egg
1 (approx) cup milk
Directions
Put berries and rhubarb in a pan until 3/4 full. Sprinkle with sugar. Set aside. Mix egg, baking mix, egg, and milk -- adding milk until milkshake consistency. Pour over berries in the pan until covered. Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins until brown. Let cool. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
