2 cups berries
1cup chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 cp sugar
2 cups baking mix (home made or wegs like bisquick)
1 (approx) cup milk
Put berries and rhubarb in pan until 3/4 full. Sprinkle with sugar. Set aside. Mix egg, baking mix, egg and milk — adding milk until milkshake consistency. Pour over berries in pan until covered. Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins until brown. Let cool…serve with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
