Patty Pan Pasta
Ingredients
3 lbs patty pan3 Tbsp butter1 tsp salt2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp pepper2 tsp thymeJuice of 1/2 lemon1/2 lb pasta (fettuccine or linguine)Directions
Cook pasta. Slice patty pan 1/8 in thick. Melt butter and sauté patty pan. Stir in lemon juice and seasonings.
Serve patty pan over pasta.
