Patty Pan Pasta

Ingredients

3 lbs patty pan
3 Tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp thyme
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 lb pasta (fettuccine or linguine)

Directions

Cook pasta. Slice patty pan 1/8 in thick. Melt butter and sauté patty pan. Stir in lemon juice and seasonings.

Serve patty pan over pasta.
