1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced onion
1 tbs. minced garlic
2 teas. lemon juice
2 tbs. cilantro
salt to taste
Chop onion, garlic and cilantro. Add tomatoes juice & salt Chop until desired consistency.
Experiment with this recipe! If you like garlic, add more! If you like spicy, add freshly chopped jalapeños!
