Purslane Stir Fry

1 bunch purslane

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp finely chopped garlic

1 Tbsp sweet soy sauce

1/2 tsp sesame oil

1 scrambled egg cut into strips

Salt & pepper to taste

 

Saute the garlic in oil on medium heat, then add the puslane and sesame oil and saute for 3-5 minutes.  Add soy sauce and eggs strips.
