Ingredients
1 pt. raspberries1/4 c. sugar2 Tbsp. orange juice2 Tbsp. cornstarch1 c. cold waterDirections
Mix raspberries, sugar, & orange juice in a pot & boil. Mix cold water and cornstarch & add to the simmering pot. Stir for 5 minutes or until desired thickness. Puree & strain through a sieve if desired.
Serve over pancakes or your favorite summertime dessert!
