Smoked Gouda & Mustard Greens
Ingredients
1/2 lb. Mustard Greens2 Tbsp. olive oil2 cloves garlicsalt & black pepper to taste6 slices pumpernickel bread2 c. gouda cheese (grated)*makes 3 sandwiches
Directions
Sauté garlic & mustard greens 3-5 min. in olive oil; add salt & pepper. Lightly toast bread & top with cheese. Broil 2-3 min. & top with sautéd greens.
