Smoked Gouda & Mustard Greens

1/2 lb. Mustard Greens

2 Tbsp. olive oil

2 cloves garlic

salt & black pepper to taste

6 slices pumpernickel bread

2 c. gouda cheese (grated)

Saute garlic & mustard greens 3-5 min. in olive oil; add salt & pepper. Lightly toast bread & top with cheese. Broil 2-3 min. & top w/ sauted greens.
