Tangy Coleslaw

1 cabbage

1 carrot

1 tsp. celery seeds

1/3 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/4 c. milk

1/2 c. mayonnaise

3 Tbsp. buttermilk

1½ Tbsp. white vinegar

2½ Tbsp. lemon juice

Shred cabbage & carrot. Wisk other ingredients then add to cabbage & carrot. Serve chilled.
