Veggie Pasta Salad

¼ c. vinegar

½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper

1 clove garlic

1 Tbsp. mustard

¼ c. olive oil

4 oz. pasta (uncooked)

2 c. veggies (peppers, onions, cukes, or broccoli)

3 med. tomatoes

½ c. olives

½ c. fresh basil leaves

2 Tbsp. fresh parsley

½ c. Parmesan or feta cheese

Make dressing w/ vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, mustard & oil. Cook pasta, add veggies, tomatoes, & olives. Mix in dressing, fresh herbs, & cheese.
