Beans and Greens Soup
Ingredients
1 onion2 cloves garlic1 lb. venison sausage (optional)3 c. broth1 1/2 c. water1 lb. kale1 lb. potato2 c. cooked cannelloni beansSalt & pepper to tasteDirections
Caramelize onions & garlic, & brown sausage in a large pot. Add broth, water & spices let simmer for 45 min. Add kale, potatoes, & beans. Cook for 15 minutes.
