Kale Chips

Ingredients

1 lb.  kale
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Salt to taste

Directions

Remove kale leaves from stems.  Toss in olive oil & spices, then spread over a cooking sheet.  Cook at 400°F for 12-15 minutes (until crispy).
