Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

2 eggs
6 tsp flour
1 1/3 cup cane sugar
salt
3 cups rhubarb (cut to 1” pieces)
2 cups strawberry
Topping:
1/2 brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup margarine
2 cups oatmeal

Directions

For the batter, mix together eggs, 6 tsp flour, cane sugar and salt. Add rhubarb and strawberries into mix.

Bake at 450F for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 and continuing baking for 30 minutes. Then add topping and finish baking for another 15-20 minutes.
