Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
Ingredients
2 eggs6 tsp flour1 1/3 cup cane sugarsalt3 cups rhubarb (cut to 1” pieces)2 cups strawberryTopping:1/2 brown sugar1/3 cup flour1/4 tsp cinnamon1/3 cup margarine2 cups oatmealDirections
For the batter, mix together eggs, 6 tsp flour, cane sugar and salt. Add rhubarb and strawberries into mix.
Bake at 450F for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 and continuing baking for 30 minutes. Then add topping and finish baking for another 15-20 minutes.
